The metalworking shop in the center of Sanyang
Our member and now 2nd chairman Quirinus presents his practical approach here:
I am a metalworker by profession and during my stays I implemented projects, such as the construction of playground equipment, with local craftsmen, but also provided support for orders from local locksmiths. The greatest added value of my work in The Gambia for me is the casual exchange during and through the joint work.
I consider my active contribution as an important prerequisite for an encounter at eye level. .
Since the beginning of 2021 I am now 2nd chairman of our association. I hope that through my practical experience I can contribute positively to the development of the association and the friendly relationship with the community of Sanyang/Gambia.
